Hood River, OR inspires a more contemplative approach to life, with the majesty of the mountains and the river setting the backdrop for some of the most innovative West Coast breweries to experiment and find their niche. With the amount of beer coming out of Oregon, you think it would be difficult to make a splash anymore, but the pFriem Family headed up by Josh Pfriem have quickly built a cult following with their take on Northwest and Belgian style brews made with passion and a love of quality local ingredients.
Join us Thursday, July 31st, from 5 to 7 pm, as we host the extended pFriem
It's been over a year since we hosted our friends from Stone, and it is about time we remedied that. Founded in 1996 by Greg Koch and Steve Wagner in San Marcos, CA, Stone Brewing Co. has become almost synonymous with the craft brewing movement. Makers of some of the most highly sought-after beers, they are not afraid to experiment or break boundaries.
Join us on Wednesday, July 9th from 5pm to 7pm, as we embrace our inner gargoyles. Jay and the rest of the Stone crew will be on hand to talk beer and we’ll be tapping up some favorites and some special brews, including Stochasticity Project

Breweries are judged by the size of their barrel rooms, their labs, and their koelschips. We at Pint Defiance are huge fans of sour beers, and have been amassing quite the collection of kegs, and frankly, we are running out of space. Which is why we’ve made the decision to invite some of our closest friends and dearest customers (read: you!) to help us make some room in our fridge. We’ll be dedicating most of our taps to some very rare and definitely delicious sour beers.
We're hosting a Brewers' Night Double-Header with two crowd-favorite breweries.
Join us Wednesday, June 18th, from 5-7p for Night One with Deschutes Brewing Company. The brew crew will be on hand to help us give away raffle prizes and talk up the excellent draft beers. On tap we will have Not the Stoic Quad, 2013 Abyss Imperial Stout, Fresh Squeezed IPA, and Twilight Summer Ale. Like all out brewer's nights, it will be a lot of fun. But don't over-do it because the following day...
